Smash Karts drops the checkered flag entirely and turns kart racing into a live multiplayer arena shooter on wheels. Instead of laps and finish lines, you're circling tight 3D arenas collecting weapon crates — rockets, mines, homing missiles, and a handful of stranger tools — and using them to eliminate every other kart before they eliminate you. Driving skill still matters, since dodging incoming fire and controlling your line through chokepoints is half the battle, but the real tension comes from item management: holding a strong weapon too long risks losing it to a lucky hit, while firing too early wastes it on a target you can't quite reach.
Drive with the arrow keys or WASD and fire your current weapon with the designated attack key, picking up new items from crates scattered around each arena. Positioning matters as much as aim — controlling the inside line near item spawns denies opponents easy pickups, and holding a chokepoint lets you punish anyone forced to pass through it. Boost pads and speed pickups exist too, and saving a boost for a clutch escape or a last-second steal usually pays off more than burning it on a flashy drift.
Smash Karts blends the approachable fun of kart racing with the tension of a proper battle arena, and matches move fast enough that a bad round is forgotten by the next respawn. If you enjoy multiplayer vehicle combat, browse more racing and battle arena games at Machita 66's games library.
