Machita 66 respects the intellectual property rights of others. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA, 17 U.S.C. § 512), we respond promptly to valid copyright complaints.
1. How to File a DMCA Notice
To submit a valid DMCA takedown request, your notice must include the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (such as the original URL or title).
- Identification of the infringing material to be removed (include the exact Machita 66 URL).
- Your contact information (name, email, and optionally a mailing address or phone number).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

2. Takedown Procedure
Upon receiving a valid notice, we will review it and remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content while investigating the claim. We may contact the uploader or hosting source for verification.
3. Counter-Notice
If you believe material was removed in error or misidentification, you may send us a counter-notice that meets DMCA requirements (§ 512 (g)). It must include your signature, the content URL, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of your local federal court. Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we may restore the content after 10 business days unless the complainant files a legal action.
4. Repeat Infringers
Users or external sources who repeatedly violate copyright may be permanently restricted or blacklisted from Machita 66.
